Our returns policy applies for 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have lapsed since your purchase we will not be able to offer you either refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original hatbox as this box will protect the hat in transit.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
It is important that you take accurate measurements and choose carefully before placing an order. If you need to exchange for a different size or style you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item, as well as the cost to us to return the new item to you. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on stock we will endeavour to ship exchanged items within a week of receiving your return. The time it takes to arrive will vary, depending on where you live.
